How to apply for our housing
- If you found our ad anywhere on the Internet or Advertisement Boards, please start with an Application Form or call us using the telephone number specified in the ad.
- We will contact you the same or next day calling to the telephone number that you have provided or replying to e-mail. It's your choice.
- Arrange the appointment to look at the apartment of your interest.
- Call us back. If you like what you saw and would like to rent the condo, please continue to the next page.
How to apply for a paid Parking space at River Place
- Review the information related to the parking space including the exact location
- If you found our ad on the Bulletin Board that the parking space is available, start with online Application Form. Fill out the Application, skip the information related to the apartment rent, and click on Submit button.
- We will contact you the same or next day calling to the telephone number that you have provided or replying to e-mail. It's your choice.
- If you are approved to rent our apartment at River Place and would like to apply for parking space, your $50 security deposit is waived. In this case, you need to print out the Parking Lease Agreement, fill it out accurately skipping the information about your employment and banking account (we already have it), however, answer all other questions, sign the form, and mail to the same address.
- If you did not apply to rent the apartment but would like to rent only parking space, please enclose $50 security deposit in the envelope along with a Parking Lease agreement (see above)
- When your application is approved, congratulations, and welcome to your new parking space! We will meet you to give you the parking permit badge.
